Stuffed with cabbage, carrots and barley groats
Ingredients:
500 g cabbage
200 g carrots
200 g onion
200 g barley
50 g vegetable oil
200 g sour cream
salt - to taste
The carrots and peel the onion, chop finely and saut in vegetable oil. Cabbage chop, pour boiling water, withstand the cover to cool, squeeze.
