Stuffed cabbage leaves in garlic
Ingredients:
leek (leaves)
100 g onion
100 g carrot
250 g minced meat
2 Art. l. sour cream
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
Salt - to taste
Onions clean, chop finely. Carrot Wash, peel and chop finely. Chopped onion and saut carrots in vegetable oil and mix with raw minced meat prepared with salt. Leaves of wild garlic rinse thoroughly. Laying on each sheet but 1 tsp. Minced meat with vegetables, form them into small stuffed envelopes or in the form of tubes. Place them in a saucepan or skillet, add 2 tbsp. Spoon sour cream, pour the salted water (no higher than the top layer of cabbage) and simmer, covered over low heat until tender.
