Stuffed beet leaves stuffed with meat and vegetables
Ingredients:
500 g chopped meat
200 g carrot
200 g onion
50 g vegetable oil
200 g sour cream
50 g basil
Salt - to taste
Onions cleaned, cut into small pieces, combine carrots, washed and grated on a coarse grater, saut in oil. Raw ground beef, browned vegetables with salt and mix thoroughly. Stuffing evenly lay on beet leaves across the surface of a layer of 1 cm. Folding leaves, stuffed form in the form of tubes, place them in a saucepan, pour the sour cream, add the same amount of water, add salt and simmer, covered until tender.
