Sauerkraut stuffed with meat
Ingredients:
1 Sauerkraut - head
1 kg minced pork or beef
100 g onion
100 g leek
200 g carrot
100 g parsley (green)
100 g millet
black pepper (peas) - to taste

Vegetables clean, finely chop, propasserovat on pork fat, mix with minced meat and well washed millet, add pepper and salt. Wrap the stuffing in the cabbage leaves, tightly folding leaves. Place the cabbage in a deep frying pan or saucepan with a thick bottom. Add the bay leaf, cover with boiling water cabbage and simmer until tender. Serve fill stuffed fried until golden brown onions (300-400 g). It is possible to submit stuffed cabbage rye bread or rye homemade cakes.
