Bulgarian stuffed with minced pork
600 g minced pork
6 Smoked pork loin with ribs
1 forks cabbage
50 g rice
350 onions
150 g tomato paste
800 g sauerkraut
100 g butter

Head of cabbage boil for 10 minutes in salted water, 12 separate leaves.
Finely chop the onion. Figure 10 min boil in salted water.
Mix the minced meat with marjoram, pepper, salt, 3 tablespoons onions and rice.
Each cabbage leaf and roll stuff the stuffing envelopes.
The rest of the onions fry in butter, add the sauerkraut, tomato paste and pepper and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Lay half the cabbage in a bowl for microwave oven, lay on top of the ribs, cover with the rest of the cabbage, put on top of cabbage rolls.
Bake in the oven for 1.5 hours at 180 degrees.
Per serving 2 Golubets served with sauerkraut and 1 rib.
