Stuffed cabbage vegetable
Ingredients:
1 cabbage - head of cabbage
15 glass rice
2-3 pcs. carrot
4 onions - bulbs
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
2-3 Art. l. tomato paste
Head of cabbage leaves to make out. Scald cabbage leaves, thick veins cut. Boil the rice, chop carrots, onions, finely chopped. Mix the ingredients together, add salt to taste and pepper. Wrap the cabbage leaves with minced envelope, fry in oil. Put in a pot on the cabbage leaves, add 1/2 cup of water. Tomato paste to put on the cabbage, add the salted butter. Bring to simmer until tender.
