Cabbage rolls in tomato sauce
1 head cabbage
250 g minced pork
1 egg
? onions
1 carrot
1 Art. l. liver
1 Art. l. vegetable oil
1 Art. l. soy sauce
1 Art. l. sugar
1 h. l. potato starch
1 pinch of ground ginger
ground black pepper
salt
Separate the cabbage leaves from the cabbage head and pour over boiling water, diced carrots, scald.
Minced pepper, salt and combine soy sauce, egg, carrot, chopped onion, starch and ginger, stir.
Place the stuffing on the cabbage leaves, roll them tubes and cut into pieces of 4 cm in length.
Tomato fry in butter, pour a glass of water and bring to a boil, add sugar, ginger and soy sauce and salt.
Stuffed cabbage pour this sauce, simmer for 15 minutes.
Ready to put on the cabbage dish, served with soy sauce (optional).
