Tudma - cabbage rolls
Ingredients:
200 g cabbage
110 g lamb
15 g rice
20 g onion
2 pcs. egg
20 g butter (for frying)

For the sauce:
150 g ghee
50-60 g tomato puree or tomato
50 g sour cream
20-30 g carrot
20 g onion (chopped)
50 ml water
salt, pepper - to taste
Lower the cabbage leaves in boiling salted water for 5-10 minutes, and boil recline on a sieve.
Fatty lamb or beef with onion mince, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. Can be put in the browned onion stuffing. On chilled cabbage leaves put the meat with rice and wrapped. Ready stuffed cabbage stir dip in raw eggs. Stuffed cabbage lightly fry in a hot pan. Then put in a shallow dish, pour a specially prepared sauce, put the bay leaf and simmer for 30-40 minutes.
Preparation of the sauce: melt the butter, put the chopped onion, carrots, tomatoes or tomato puree and put on fire, after some time to add water, salt, sour cream, pepper and cook for 10-15 minutes. Ready cabbage sauce poured over.
