Stuffed cabbage with meat and sour cream
150 g meat
50 g cooked rice
20 g butter or vegetable oil
50 g onions
5-6 cabbage leaves
dill, salt, ground pepper
Sauce:
130 g sour cream
tomato paste
flour

By mincemeat of one or more types of meat add the cold rice, browned onions, salt and pepper. Cabbage leaves scald with boiling water, cut thick stems and put the leaves on a cutting board. On each leaf put stuffing, wrapped. Fry cabbage and place in a saucepan. Pour the sauce and bake in the oven.
The sauce prepared from sour cream: Mix it with tomato paste and flour, dilute with water or broth, salt and boil. When serving sprinkle the cabbage finely chopped dill.
