Cabbage sweet and sour
Ingredients:
500 g ground beef
8 PCs cabbage leaves (large)
100 g boiled rice
50 g onions
100 g tomato sauce
50 g raisins
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
240 g tomato paste
50 g ginger (grated)
100 g flavored vinegar
Put cabbage leaves in a glass pan. Close and place in the oven for 4-6 minutes at 100%, simmer until soft. Combine meat, rice, chopped onion, tomato sauce, raisins, salt, pepper. Mix well. Stuff the mixture cabbage leaves, roll them like a cigar. To secure the seam. Put seam side down in the pan. Combine the other ingredients, stir and pour over cabbage rolls. Place in the oven for 15-18 minutes at 50%. Cabbage leaves should not fall apart. Leave on for 5 minutes before serving.
