Meatless cabbage rolls "Nut"
1 forks cabbage
1 onions
1 carrots
1 garlic clove
? glass steamed rice
? glass walnuts
1 tbsp. tomato sauce
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
? tbsp. soy sauce
Cabbage leaves, cut thickening, boil until soft.
Until ready to boil the rice.
Chop the walnuts.
Finely chop the onion and the oil to fry.
Peel, grate the carrot on a grater, mix with rice, add nuts, soy sauce, garlic and onion, stir.
Place the filling on cabbage leaves, to mould the cabbage until the filling.
Put meatless cabbage rolls "Nut" in the form, pour tomato sauce diluted in ? glass of water, bake rolls in preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, before serving, sprinkle with herbs.
