Delicious cabbage rolls
400 g minced meat
1 forks cabbage
100 g stale wheat bread
1/2 eggs
2 onions
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
50 g butter

3 tbsp. chili sauce
1 glass vegetable broth
the green onions
? tsp. cumin
black pepper
salt (to taste)
Boil forks cabbage and disassemble the leaves to repel thickening.
The stuffing to connect with bread, pre-soaked in water, fried onions, egg, cumin and pepper, stir.
Put the minced meat in cabbage leaves, roll them envelopes, tie green onions.
Melt the roaster butter, tightly put it in the cabbage, pour the hot vegetable broth, pre-mixed with chili sauce. Cook in the oven for 35 minutes
Before serving, ready to put the cabbage in the dish and pour the sauce formed by quenching.
