Cabbage rolls with ham and bacon
1/2 of head cabbage
600 g ham
100 g smoked bacon
100 g hard cheese
green onions
ground black pepper
salt
Disassemble the cabbage leaves, bring the water to a boil and immerse the leaves for 5 minutes, cool. Thickening and cut a little to repel each sheet.
Cut the ham slices, put on a cabbage leaf, pepper and salt, sprinkle with grated cheese, roll tube sheet, put a slice of bacon and tie up all the green onions.
Cook in a water bath for 7 minutes.
Before serving, arrange greens.
