Stuffed lamb liver
Ingredients:
400 g liver (lamb)
1 cabbage (head) - head
1 PCs onion
700 ml tomato juice
4 PCs bacon (pieces)
100 ml milk

Liver wash, finely chopped, put in cold milk, leave for half an hour. Cabbage, pour boiling water, then separate the leaves, put them in warm water and boil for 10 minutes. Drain, cut, thick veins, put on each sheet several thin slices of the liver and to make cabbage rolls. Separately in hot oil, fry the finely chopped onion, put the cabbage, pour tomato juice. Salt and pepper, put the top pieces of smoked bacon. Put in preheated oven and bake on medium heat for about half an hour until the smoked meat is browned.
