Ingredients:

800 g cabbage

100 g white bread

2 Garlic - cloves

125 ml milk

300 g chanterelles (tinned)

1 pcs. onion



300 g chopped meat

2 pcs. egg

1 h. l. mustard

pepper, marjoram - to taste

1 Carrie - pinch

8 pcs. smoked bacon (slices)

1 glass broth

1 glass cream

20 g flour

2 Art. l. parsley (chopped)

50 g butter

Cut cabbage stalks, blanch in salted water head 5-6 minutes, 8 separate leaves and cut the ribs. Soak bread in milk. Chop the onion and garlic and sweat in butter, add the chanterelles and cook for 2-3 minutes. Half of the mixture finely chopped.

Mix ground beef, chopped mushrooms, squeezed bread, eggs and mustard. Season with salt, pepper, oregano and curry. Share on leaves, stuffed cabbage roll and wrap them in bacon.

Cabbage rolls put into the form, pour broth and simmer for 30 minutes under the lid. Remove the cabbage rolls. Top up to the broth cream, cook for 10 minutes. Thicken the sauce with a mixture of flour and butter, add the remaining chanterelles and parsley.
