Rolls of cabbage with sausages
Ingredients:
16 PCs cabbage (leaves)
1/2 PCs onion
80 g butter
what kind of oil to choose? we'll show
300 g sausages (chopped)
2 PCs wheat bread (crumbs, soaked in milk and squeezed)
1 PCs egg
50 g cheese (grated)
2 tomato sauce - St.l
meat broth to taste
salt, black pepper (freshly ground) to taste
Cabbage leaves to drop for a few minutes in boiling salted water, rinse with cold water and Pat dry. Saute onion 20 g butter or margarine, stir it with sausages, bread crumb, egg, grated cheese, salt and pepper.
