Cabbage rolls in Moldovan
What you need:
90 g pork pulp
20 g rice
20 g carrot
1 onions - head
1 Art. l. tomato puree
1 Art. l. sour cream
1 Art. l. margarine
50 g chicken broth
50 g kvass
dill
salt
200 g ground black pepper cabbage leaves
Pork cut into small cubes.
Connect with the washed rice, saut chopped onion in margarine, tomato puree. Season with salt, pepper and stir.
Minced wrap in blanched cabbage or grape leaves, stuffed cabbage giving a cone shape.
Place cabbage rolls in a saucepan, cover with chicken broth, kvass, cover and simmer for 1 hour.
When serving pour sour cream, complete your greens.
