Cabbage rolls with cabbage, turnips, rice and cheese
Ingredients:
500 g cabbage
300 g turnip
100 g rice
100 g cheese
200 g onion
100 g vegetable oil
Salt - to taste
Onions and turnips to clean, cut into small pieces and saut in oil. Figure get along with boiling water, leave the lid to cool and fold in a sieve. Chop cabbage, pour boiling water, cover and let stand to cool, then squeeze. Cheese of any kind grate. Sour cream squeezed cabbage with rice, saut vegetables and cheese, season with salt.
Form cabbage, put in a saucepan, cover with salted boiling water and simmer, covered until tender over low heat. Serve with sour cream or garlic cream sauce.
