Stuffed cabbage and turnips
Ingredients:
500 g cabbage
500 g turnip
200 g onion
1 garlic - head
100 g vegetable oil
Salt - to taste
Onions and turnips to clean, chop and fry in vegetable oil. Cabbage chop, pour boiling water, leave to cool, squeeze and mix with the browned vegetables, add crushed garlic. Form cabbage, put in a saucepan, cover with salted boiling water and cook in the oven pas simmer until tender. Serve with sour cream.
