Stuffed cabbage with mushrooms and cabbage kohlrabi
Ingredients:
500 g mushrooms
200 g carrot
200 g onion
500 g cabbage kohlrabi
100 g vegetable oil
Cabbage kohlrabi clean, finely chop and saut. Mushrooms, onions and carrots and saut minced separately. Prepared mushrooms and vegetables combine with cabbage kohlrabi, mix thoroughly and season with salt to taste. Wrapping at 1-2 tbsp. tablespoons minced cooked in a cabbage leaf, to form a stuffed envelopes, put in a saucepan, cover with boiling water, add salt and simmer, covered until tender. Serve with sour cream. You can use other mushrooms, but, unlike mushrooms, before frying them must boil.
