Kohlrabi peel, pour hot water, add the butter and leave to simmer. When the kohlrabi is tender, remove it from the water, allow to cool, remove the core and fill with finely cut pieces of sausage and bacon. Stuffed kohlrabi put in refractory glass shape, put slices of bacon and bake in the oven.
For the sauce, use the liquid in which the dish is served kohlrabi, and add the fried onions, sour cream and chopped parsley. Instead of sausage for the filling you can use powernote minced meat, mixed with cooked barley porridge (rice or wheat).
