Kohlrabi with feta and dates
What you need:
 
2 kohlrabi - medium head
100 g feta cheese
2 pcs. pears solid
10 pcs. sun dried figs
Mix salad leaves - a handful
1 lemon juice
1 h. l. honey liquid
2 Art. l. fruit vinegar
2 Art. l. olive oil
Clear kohlrabi peeled and cut into cubes with a side of 1 cm. A third of cubes in a bowl, sprinkle with lemon juice, stir, add ice cubes. The remaining 2/3 kohlrabi put in a refractory form, sprinkle with oil and bake at 180 � C for 15-20 min., Cool.
For the filling in of dates, remove the stones, chop the flesh, rub through a sieve, mix with honey and vinegar. Pears peeled, cut into thin slices, sprinkle with lemon juice.
Fresh kohlrabi recline in a colander, dry, mix with pears and roasted cauliflower, add dressing. Share on plates lettuce, top the resulting mixture.
Add feta, diced, serve immediately.
