Casserole "shrimp with mushrooms"
8 boiled shrimp
150 g fresh mushrooms
150 g kohlrabi
150 g asparagus
200 g cauliflower
3 carrots
1 glass green peas
some peas to choose? we'll show
1 tbsp. bread crumbs
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
salt
Chop the peeled carrot. The asparagus pieces. Kohlrabi - cubes. Cauliflower out on the inflorescence. Peas, wash. Cut the mushrooms into slices.
Separately, fry all the ingredients in butter.
Sprinkle with roasted vegetables, breadcrumbs, salt and stir.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Before serving, place the casserole boiled shrimp.
