Sauted fresh vegetables
Ingredients:
1 glass green peas
some peas to choose? we'll show
3 PCs carrots
200 g cauliflower
150 g kohlrabi
150 g asparagus
150 g fresh mushrooms
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. bread crumbs
8 PCs shrimp cooked
salt
Peeled carrots cut into slices, kohlrabi - diced asparagus - slices, cauliflower disassemble into florets, rinse peas, mushrooms cut into slices, fry all separately in butter.
Prepared vegetables and mushrooms and sprinkle with bread crumbs, salt and mix well. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
When serving, decorate the casserole shrimp.
