2 Leeks - stem

2 pcs. carrot

2 pcs. sweet pepper

1 pcs. kohlrabi

200 g frozen green peas
some peas to choose? we'll show

2 Art. l. vegetable oil

4 pcs. egg

500 g cream

8 green onions - feathers

100 g grated hard cheese

1/4 h. l. ground nutmeg

ground black pepper, salt to taste

White part of the leek cut into rings, carrots - cubes, kohlrabi and peeled pepper - slices.

Carrot turned up in the water for 5 minutes, add the cauliflower, turned up another 7 minutes, then put the peas and warm for 2 minutes. Drain the water.

Leeks and peppers and stir fry in butter for 10 minutes. Salt, pepper and connect with stewed vegetables.

Whisk the eggs with the cream, add the chopped green onions, half the rate of cheese, salt, pepper and nutmeg and stir.

Put the vegetables in the form, fill it with the egg-cream mixture and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Then sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake another 10 minutes.
