Pumpkin gratin with cheese
Ingredients:
1 kg pumpkin
100 g grated cheese
250 g carrot
100 g roasted sunflower seeds
200 g cream
500 g leek
2 onions - head
4 pcs. egg
1 green onions - beam
1 garlic - clove
3 Art. l. vegetable oil
black pepper and ginger powder
salt
dill or parsley
Pumpkin pulp and diced carrots, green onions and leeks - rings.
Onions and garlic and chop fry in butter. Add carrots, lightly fried, put leeks, green onions, squash and cook for another 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, ginger, add half the rate of the seeds.
For the sauce, eggs, cream and cheese whip, salt and pepper.
Vegetables put in a greased form, pour egg sauce and sprinkle with the remaining seeds and bake 20 minutes at 200 � C. When submitting a casserole cut into portions and arrange greens.
