Potato gratin with ham
Ingredients:
750 g potato
2 Leeks - stem
50 g smoked ham
1 parsley - beam
250 g cream
150 g sour cream
grease for the lubrication of the form
salt
ground black pepper
Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into thin slices. Leek clean and cut into rings.
Grease a flat shape and place it in the layers of potatoes and leeks. Sprinkle finely diced ham and chopped green part.
Cream and sour cream combine and season with salt and pepper and pour the potatoes. Bake in oven at 180 � C for 40 minutes. When serving, sprinkle the remaining herbs casserole.
