Ingredients:

  • 1 stalk leeks
  • 2 onion bulbs
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 parsley root
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3-4 potatoes
  • 2 litres vegetable broth or just water
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • turmeric, curry pinch
  • vegetable oil
  • 200 ml heavy cream

Method of preparation:

All the vegetables prepare: peel, wash thoroughly.

In a pan pour vegetable oil, heated it. Leek cut into rings. Onions cut into cubes. Pour the vegetables into the pan, fry onions until Golden brown.

Carrots, parsley root cut finely the garlic finely. Add chopped vegetables to the onions. Fry all the place for another 5 minutes.

Potatoes cut into small cubes, fry for 5 minutes, pour the broth or water. Fire do moderate, cook the soup until the vegetables are just tender. Add the spices, seasonings. Soup pure immersion blender, input cream. Soup allow to stand, covered for 15 minutes. Served hot. All pleasant meal!
