Casserole with sauerkraut
Ingredients:
8 pcs. potato
1/2 glass milk
what milk to choose? we'll show
1 onions - head
400 g smoked pork loin
1 Art. l. vegetable oil
1/2 glass dry white wine
450 g Sauerkraut
1 glass sour cream
1 h. l. chopped marjoram
1 h. l. grated nutmeg
2 Art. l. chopped parsley
black pepper and red powder, salt to taste
Boil the potatoes until tender, rub and spread hot milk.
Onions cut into rings, brisket - cubes, combine and cook 5 minutes in butter. Add oregano, nutmeg, salt, black pepper, pour in the wine and cook for 10 minutes.
In shape, blur oil, put layers of potatoes and cabbage, loin with onion, sour cream, lubricate, sprinkle with paprika and bake until done. When serving, sprinkle casserole greens.
