Casserole with ham
Ingredients:
1 kg potato
300 g ham or smoked sausage
some sausage to choose? we'll show
2 glass sour cream
1 Art. l. lemon juice
100 g cottage cheese
1/2 h. l. Ground paprika
150 g butter
5 pcs. boiled eggs
50 g breadcrumbs
Salt to taste
Boil the potatoes for a couple, cool and cut into slices.
Ham or sausage, cut into cubes.
Whisk the sour cream and lemon juice, add the cheese, paprika and stir.
In form, it will melt 100 g butter, put half the potatoes, then diced eggs, sour cream and brush with half of cottage cheese weight. Lay on top of ham or sausage, lubricate it with curd and cover potatoes.
Connect with remaining crumbs with melted butter, salt and sprinkle with a mixture of potatoes.
Bake 35 minutes at 200 C.
