Hash with yogurt and sour cream
Components:
400 g boiled beef or sausage
some sausage to choose? we'll show
5 potatoes
4 cucumber
1 bunch of radishes
5 eggs
1 bunch green onions
parsley, dill, cilantro, celery
2 l yogurt
750 ml cold boiled water
300 g sour cream
Boil the potatoes in their skins, cool, peel and cut into cubes. Hard Boiled eggs, cucumbers, veal sausage or radishes and cut as cubes, onion and finely chopped greens. Mix all ingredients, add salt and pepper. Yogurt mixed with chilled water and sour cream, salt and pour the mixture hodgepodge. Serve chilled.
