Potatoes with sausage and pineapple
800 g leeks
400 g small potatoes
400 g pineapple
400 g sausage
some sausage to choose? we'll show
200 g vegetable broth
100 g sour cream
3 head of red onion
2 green onions
2 Art. l. butter
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
curry powder
adjika
ground black pepper
Incise potatoes crosswise into thin circles (accordion), brush it with butter, sprinkle with chopped green onions and spices.
Place the potato prepared in a baking dish, pour 100 g of water, and baked at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
Cut into rings onion and leek sausage - plastic, and pineapple - cubes, fry all in butter for 3 minutes.
Pour the vegetable broth and simmer for another 3 minutes, pepper and salt, add the curry, sour cream and adjika.
Ready potatoes served by issuing a prepared pineapple sauce and herbs.
