Casserole with sausage

Ingredients:

4 pcs. potato

2 pcs. sweet pepper

2 onions - head

2 Art. l. melted butter

400 g tomatoes in juice

300 g Sausages
some sausage to choose? we'll show

100 g grated hard cheese

2 Art. l. butter

1 glass thick cream

2 pcs. eggs

ground black pepper, salt to taste

Boil the potatoes, cut into slices.

Sweet pepper cut into strips, sausage - slices.

Finely chop the onion, saut in melted butter, add the bell pepper, fry all together for a few minutes, season with salt and pepper.

Tomatoes cut in half.

Whisk eggs with cream and a slice of cheese, salt and pepper.

In a greased form stacked layers prepared ingredients, pour the cream cheese mixture, sprinkle with the remaining cheese, sprinkle with melted butter and bake until done.
