Casserole with sausages
Ingredients:
500 g green beans
2 onions - head
300 g sausages
2 Art. l. butter
4 pcs. tomatoes
400 g zucchini
3 pcs. eggs
1 glass sour cream
150 g grated hard cheese
ground black pepper, salt to taste
Boil the beans until tender, fold in a colander, cut pieces. Connect it with chopped onions, sliced sausages and fry in butter for 5 minutes.
Finely chop the tomatoes.
In a greased form lay, alternating, layers of sliced zucchini slices, tomatoes, beans and sausages, each layer with salt and pepper.
Whisk the eggs with sour cream and cheese, put the mixture on the vegetables and bake until done.
