200 g beans
3 PCs zucchini
4 PCs tomatoes
200 g spinach
1 glass dill , parsley and chopped mint . spoon
125 g cheese
4 PCs egg
3 tbsp. cream
4 tbsp. cheese grated
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp. sesame
ground black pepper, salt to taste
Zucchini cut into slices. The scald tomatoes, remove the skin, flesh cut into slices. Beans, zucchini and coarsely chopped spinach scald separately, cool, then stir, adding cheese, diced tomatoes, herbs, salt and pepper.
Eggs, whip cream, add cheese, chopped garlic and salt.
In a greased form place the vegetables with cheese, pour the egg-cream mixture, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 35 minutes at 210 °C.
