Baked zucchini
Ingredients:
300 g zucchini
150 g spinach
3 pcs. sweet pepper
5 pcs. eggs
100 g cream cheese
1 h. l. chopped garlic
1 glass tomato paste -. spoon
1/2 glass cream
150 g white mushrooms
1 Art. l. chopped basil
100 g grated hard cheese
Salt to taste
Zucchini cut into long slices, simmered in salted water until soft, dry.
Finely chop the spinach, peppers cut into cubes.
For the filling 1 egg combine with cream cheese, spinach, chopped garlic, tomato paste, salt and pepper.
On each slice of zucchini put 1 tbsp. spoon stuffing, roll up roll and place them in a greased form.
Whisk the remaining egg with cream, chopped mushrooms, peppers and basil. Fill rolls with the mixture, sprinkle them with grated cheese and bake for 15 minutes.
