Casserole with braised cabbage
Ingredients:
800 g sauerkraut stew
500 g meat products (sausage, boiled or roasted meat, and so on)
100 g bacon
5 PCs boiled potatoes
2 onion - head
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
Sausage and potatoes cut into slices, meat slices. Onions finely chop and saut in butter.
In oil lubricated form put layers, alternating, cabbage, meat, onions and potatoes.
The top layer of grease sour cream, put a thin slice of bacon. Bake in the oven. Sour cream served separately.
