Cabbage with meat and sour cream sauce Tatar
750 g sauerkraut
400 g minced
100 g rice
50 g butter

2,5 Cup sour cream
2 eggs
1,5 Cup wine
1 head cabbage fresh
6 tbsp. tomato paste
3 tbsp. onions chopped
1 tbsp. flour
red, black pepper
Interesting Tatar dish, essentially one of the variations of the cabbage.
Boil the cabbage 8 min, and separated from it by 4 large leaves, cut the stalks.
Peel and fry the onions, mix it with eggs, meat and boiled rice, pepper, put the mixture on each large sheet, roll into a roll.
Take a saucepan and put on the bottom 4 slices of bacon, put sour cabbage, put on top of the rolls.
Stir the tomato paste 1.5 cups of water and wine, pepper, pour over the rolls, put them 60 minutes
