Sauted potatoes with minced meat and cabbage
1 kg potatoes
500 g sauerkraut
500 g mixed meat
200 g sour cream
150 g cheese
2 eggs
2 garlic cloves
1 onions
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. butter

Fry the meat in vegetable oil and add finely chopped garlic and onion, fry, add salt and pepper.
Peel and cut the potatoes into slices.
Combine the sour cream with meat broth, grated cheese and eggs.
Baking dish, spread with butter, put the ingredients in layers: half potato, half cabbage, minced meat, the second half of the cabbage, then potatoes.
Pour all prepared with sour cream sauce and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for one hour.
