Cabbage rolls with meat and cheese
Ingredients:
4 PCs Savoy cabbage (large sheets)
500 g tomatoes
1 PCs onion
60 g cheese (grated)
175 g pork (chopped)
1 PCs egg
3 tbsp. flavored vinegar
1 PCs bread (slice, toast)
3 tbsp. olive oil
500 g potatoes (small)
salt, pepper - to taste
Cabbage, blanch for 2 minutes, rinse with cold water, leaves cut in half. Tomatoes, peel and cut into cubes. Onion chopped, mixed with 40 g of cheese, pork, egg and 1 tablespoon of vinegar. Chop the flesh of the bread and add to the minced meat, salt and pepper. Arrange the meat on the leaves, roll into a pan to freeze. Heat 1 tbsp. oil, add the tomatoes, 50 ml of water, 2 tbsp. of vinegar. Simmer this sauce stuffed cabbage 15 minutes. Potatoes cut into quarters. Fry in 2 table spoons of oil for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with sauce, sprinkled with cheese.
