Stuffed cabbage with mustard sauce
Ingredients:
1 PCs Savoy cabbage (head)
60 g figure
1 PCs onion
200 g potatoes
1 PCs leeks (stem)
50 g butter

100 g cooked ham (cut into strips)
1 carrots (chopped) - Bank
150 g cream cheese
2 PCs egg (yolk)
500 ml vegetable broth
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. starch
2 tbsp. grainy mustard
150 ml cream
Separate 8 cabbage leaves and blanch in salted water for 30 seconds. The remaining cabbage cut into strips. Boil the rice in salted water for 5 minutes. Potatoes cut into cubes, onion - rings. Onion chopped and put in butter. Add ham, carrots, leeks and simmer for 2 minutes. To shift with rice, cheese, egg yolks, salt and pepper.
Put on each sheet of the stuffing and roll. Fry in vegetable oil for 3 minutes and remove. Put in vegetable oil remaining cabbage and pour the broth. Put on top of the cabbage and simmer for 25 minutes. Add cream and mustard.
