Stuffed cabbage rolls with tomato in the test
Ingredients:
4 PCs cabbage leaves (boiled)
packaging for pizza dough (dry mix)
250 g tomatoes
200 g salami
1 PCs onion
1 garlic - clove
50 g olives (pitted)
3 tbsp. tomato paste
200 g cheese (grated)
salt, pepper, oregano to taste
1 PCs egg
Knead the dough for pizza. Tomatoes and salami cut into cubes. Onions and garlic, peel and finely chop together with olives. Tomato paste mixed with 2 tbsp. spoons of water. Add salami, tomatoes, onions, garlic, olives and cheese. All of this season with salt, pepper and oregano. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. To knead the dough and roll out. Cut from it 16 squares of 10x10 cm, on each square, place boiled cabbage leaf, a little salt and put the stuffing. Edge coat with beaten egg, roll into a roll and coat the outside of the egg. Bake for 15 minutes. Pies served with tomato sauce.
