Cheese pizza with ham and olives
500 g unleavened dough
200 g cottage cheese
100 g low-fat ham
100 g soft cheese
10-15 olives
2 tomato
? glass grated sharp cheese
nutmeg
black pepper
salt
Roll out the dough into a circle, put on the sheet for baking.
Scalded with boiling water over the tomatoes, peel them, cut them into cubes, rings chop the olives.
Combine the cottage cheese and grated sharp cheese, chopped ham, salt and pepper, season all and nutmeg, stir.
Place the filling on the base, put on top of the tomatoes and olives, diced soft cheese.
Baked cheese pizza with ham and olives for 40 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven.
