Pizza with tomatoes and cheese
Dough:
250 g flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
125 g butter
1 egg
2-3 Art. l. water
1 h. l. salt
Filling:
250 g grated cheese
150 g fat cottage cheese
4 ripe tomatoes
3 eggs
ground black pepper
parsley
Preparation of the dough: of all the ingredients for the dough and Frostbitten butter puff pastry cook, remove it in the cold for 2-3 hours, then roll it out and put in a baking dish with low bumpers.
Combine cottage cheese and eggs, put on a pizza crust, then put sliced circles 1-1.5 cm thick tomatoes, sprinkle everything with grated cheese and herbs and pepper.
Baked pizza with tomatoes and cheese about half an hour in a preheated 190 degree oven.
