Pizza with cheese and tomatoes
For the dough:
250 g flour

125 g butter
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
2-3 tbsp. water
For the filling:
150 g fat cottage cheese
4 ripe tomatoes
250 g grated cheese
3 eggs
ground black pepper
parsley
Oil cooling, knead the pastry dough and place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Roll out and put in a form with low edges. Cottage cheese mixed with eggs and put in the form. Tomatoes cut into slices with a thickness of 1-1,5 cm to place in a single layer on the cheese. Pour cheese, herbs and pepper and bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes
