Quick cheese croissants
250 g unsalted white cheese or feta cheese
150 g grated cheese
150 g cottage cheese
2 eggs
1 tbsp. flour

1 package of puff pastry
Mix the cottage cheese, one egg and feta, stir until smooth - it's filling.
Mix cheese with paprika and flour, lightly roll out the dough, sprinkle it with cheese mixture, roll out a little more, while pressing into the dough with the cheese mixture, turn to coat the entire area of the dough with beaten egg, cut the dough into triangular sectors as pizza.
Put on a wide part of each triangle prepared the filling, roll the croissants.
To prepare quick cheese croissants okolo-20 minutes at 200 degrees.
