Quick croissants with ham

250 g flaky unleavened dough

180 g ham

60 g grated cheese

1 egg yolk

1 onions

3 tbsp. sour cream

2 tbsp. vegetable oil

1 tbsp. hot mustard

Finely chop the onion and fry it in oil until Golden, add the flour, stir.

Combine the onions with the flour with sour cream and mustard and mix.
