Cheese triangles
500 g puff pastry
100 g soft homemade cheese
100 g feta cheese
50 g grated hard cheese
2 sprigs of mint
1 egg
1 head shallots
? bunch of parsley
3 tbsp. butter

2 tbsp. wheat flour

Roll out the puff pastry on a floured Board into the reservoir, to soften it with water, put on top of a damp towel, leave on for 10 minutes
Preparing the filling: finely chopped mint, parsley and shallots, to connect with crumbled feta cheese, cottage cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, add egg, pepper and salt, stir. Melt the butter on low heat in a saucepan.
Cut the dough ribbons to 20 cm long and 7 wide, sprinkle with melted butter each.
Put the filling on the edges of the strips, fold them in triangles.
Pan, line with baking paper, greased.
Put cheese triangles on the paper at a distance from each other.
Lubricate cheese triangles with oil, bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes
