Puff buns with spinach
1 a pack of puff pastry
1 a small container of feta cheese
220 g frozen spinach
450 g ricotta cheese
1 red onion, cut into very small cubes
salt and pepper to taste
Thaw the dough.
Defrost the spinach in the microwave. Wrap the thawed spinach in a paper towel and squeeze out excess moisture.
Put the spinach in a large bowl. Add the diced onion, ricotta and feta cheese.
You should not put all the amount of feta and ricotta, just add a little and taste to the taste. Then season with salt and pepper.
Roll the dough and cut into 24 squares.
Put the dough into the form, press to make a dent.
Put the filling.
Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes or until until the dough becomes Golden brown.
The finished rolls can be frozen.
