Pies pita with spinach and egg
3 boiled eggs
2 head onions
1 packing frozen spinach
1 pita
vegetable fat
pepper, salt
Clear, finely chop the onion and fry in butter, add the frozen spinach, until ready to put out, let cool.
Eggs chopped, mixed with spinach and onions, pepper and salt all.
Cut the pita bread into squares, put on each envelope stuffing and roll.
Before serving pies pita with spinach and egg fry until golden brown on both sides in a pan with butter.
